Castle Engineering are recruiting an experienced maintenance engineer to join a fast paced food production business based near Bridlington. The successful Engineer will be required to work a night shift working either Saturday - Monday 12 hour shifts or Sunday to Thursday 8.5 hour shifts. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful engineering team within a market leading business.

As the maintenance engineer working nights you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned maintenance activities according to the PPM schedule.
• Stripping down production machinery ready for deep clean and rebuild machinery.
• Working with stores to ensure spare parts are in stock ready for PPM's.
• Working with the engineering manager to ensure schedules and reporting are updated.

To be successful in this role candidates will need to have previous mechanical and electrical maintenance experience and be happy working on PPM's outside of core production hours. You will be qualified to a minimum of level 3 within an engineering discipline and ideally have 16th/17th or 18th edition electrical qualifications. You will be a self starter, able to work permanent nights and be proactive.
