Our client is a fast paced food packaging business based in the Clifton Moor area of York and we are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join their leadership team. As the Line Leader you will be responsible for managing staff across a fast paced packaging line and  production plan is achieved and KPI's are met. 

The successful Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Managing team of up to 8 staff across a fast paced packaging line.
• Identifying training and development needs ensuring the training team are aware.
• Managing absence and holiday rotas and managing agency staff.
• Ensuring all quality and wastage paperwork is completed accurately and all KPI reports are up to date.
• Actively managing H&S in your areas.

You will be a strong team leader who leads by example and you will be a positive communicator able to work with staff at varying levels of ability and training. You will be a self starter who is highly motivated and you will have a positive outlook and attitude.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7:30am until 3:30pm.
