Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role is a vital link between accounts and IT with the key focus being to maintain the operation and commercial performance of the PMS. Liaising across the firm including all end users, this role provides ongoing support to the accounts team in addition to streamlining system enhancements and developing new reports to match business requirements. You will also take charge for integrating all PMS upgrades into the business, again providing the interface between accounts and IT applications.
An SQL expert who has worked in a PMS vendor support environment, you will have demonstrated experience providing at least Level 2 support across a business and potentially have intermediate developer SQL skills. Your IT skills are combined with strong understanding of accounting processes and natural problem solving and analytical skills. You will have proven ability to engage major stakeholders in the business and have a bright upbeat personality.
