Job Duties:
Working under the supervision of the Legal Services Manager, the full-time Senior Legal Administrative Assistant will have the duties and responsibilities outlined with an opportunity towards future growth. As part of a global team, the successful candidate will be results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately to meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced, high volume work environment.


Job Qualifications:
Duties and Responsibilities:

§ Primary support for the Revenue team which includes reviewing and processing a high volume of revenue-related contracts and other types of agreements
§ Update and maintain records in SAP and iManage
§ Attend and take minutes at weekly Revenue team meetings
§ Maintain daily revenue reports, aging reports, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
§ Respond to information requests in support of other departments such as Sales, Finance and Tax
§ Directly assist the Associate General Counsel as needed
§ Support other Legal Department staff members in assigned project-based work
§ Cross train to provide backup coverage for other Legal administrative team members
§ Assist in the improvement of templates, corporate policies and processes


§ College degree plus three to five years of experience in a similar position
§ Excellent oral and written communication skills
§ Excellent decision-making and judgment skills
§ An exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
§ Demonstrated ability to creatively and quickly resolve issues
§ Ability to organize and prioritize work with a minimum of supervision
§ Ability to assimilate new information and to articulate complex matters clearly
§ Ability to identify and protect sensitive or confidential information
§ Ability to manage multiple assignments from a variety of people
§ Ability to partner effectively with, and inspire confidence from, diverse internal groups and management
§ Maintain a flexible and proactive attitude under pressure
§ Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential while a proficiency in SAP, iManage or other database software would be an advantage
§ Previous experience preparing corporate legal documents or working with contracts is a distinct advantage
