Job Duties:
Mentor Graphics is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to join our Compensation and Benefits team. This role will be responsible for the day to day activities in the administration of our global equity programs.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Administration of Mentor Graphics global equity plans including RSUs, stock options, and ESPP;

• Manage relationship with third party stock administrator;

• Provide third party stock administrator with timely and accurate data;

• Review and provide accurate reports to internal customers (Payroll, Finance and Legal teams);

• Process and reconcile moneys coming from and going to third party stock administrator. This includes, but not limited to moneys related to taxes collected from RSUs vesting  and stock option exercise proceeds;

• Process monthly journal entries related to our global equity programs;

• Interpretation of stock plans and related award documentation;

• Monitor daily stock option exercises, reviewing reports for errors;

• Interacts with transfer agent and third party stock administrator to ensure that trades are settled timely; reconciles DWAC instructions;

• Monitors ESPP participation (enrollment/changes/withdrawals);

• Maintains integrity of data in the stock administration database, working with third party stock administrator and internal technology teams;

• Maintenance of stock plan documentation for both internal and SOX compliance;

• Manages the Stock Admin mailbox, responding to employee inquires and coordinates with internal teams and vendors as appropriate to resolve issues;

• Performs other related duties as assigned.


Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance/Accounting or Economics

• Three (3) or more years of experience

• Certified Equity Professional level 1 designation preferred

• Advance skills in Excel

• Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues

• Ability to reconcile data and moneys

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and organize work

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
