Salary: GBP45000 - GBP50000 per annum + £60k+ OTE, Strong Package

The Role:

• As a Key Account Manager, you will be growing 12 large key distributors (with multiple branches) in line with the company’s growth strategy.

• The geographic territory covers the whole of the UK & Ireland, however, the concentration will be on London & the Southeast, and Birmingham.

• 70% of your time will be focused on account management with the rest of your time generating new business.

• You will conduct training breakfasts / lunch-and-learns with merchants to drive brand awareness in terms of product performance and cost effectiveness

• You will be making 5 sales calls per day with approximately 10-12 key accounts with multiple branches.



The Successful Candidate:

• You will have a track record of success from within category management or key account management experience from within the construction industry.

• You will be able to work autonomously with fantastic internal support provided when needed

• You'll be happy covering the UK, with overnight stays expected where appropriate.

• You'll ideally be located around the Midlands, although not essential, as long as you're located close to a major airport & the motorway network.

• You will have a strategic focus & be looking for a long term career opportunity.

The Remuneration Package:

• £45k-50k basic plus bonus up to 35% of salary, 25% of which is based on your personal efforts, paid quarterly. 10% annually based on soft KPIs.
