Project Leader Engineering - Super Yacht
A great new opportunity has arisen for a Project Leader Engineering to join one of Netherlands Leading Super Yachts builders.
As the successful Project Leader, you will be joining and leading the shipbuilding engineering department where you will be in charge of leading a team of designers and project engineers on Super Yacht projects ranging from 60m-90m; in the detail design phase.
You will be responsible for the whole construction stage of a Yacht, with a special focus on the development stage. You will be overseeing multiple projects at the same time
Essential Skills:
- Experience leading large technical/ production shipbuilding projects
- Good knowledge of detailed engineering / Production plans
- Experience leading a team
- Experience overseeing the construction of a number of vessels
- HTS (institute of technology) Shipbuilding or HTS education level in combination with relevant work experience.AutoCAD, Rhino and of course, thorough knowledge of computers
- Written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in shipbuilding (main en detailed) engineering, supervising of engineering team members and budget control.
- Hands on mentality.
