Our client in Tampa is looking for a Financial Reporting Consultant for a contract assignment.

Responsibilities include Financial Reporting, footnotes, month end reporting - internal and external financial reporting, including financial statement preparation and analysis, as well as management reporting, audit requests - both internal and external, including compliance audits. 10-K and 10-Q data preparation and review. Press release review, 10k-10Q Q&A preparation. Expect to work with a minimal amount of direction. Qualifications 7+ years accounting experience, SEC experience, Bachelors Degree, CPA preferred.
