Summary:

Will manage the work of an ITT site (Westminster, SC) HR Team in the implementation and administration of human resources policies and programs to meet organizational needs and comply with all applicable laws, including the creation and maintenance of appropriate documentation to comply with specific corporate guidelines and policies.  Will work as a strategic business partner with management and employees to accomplish operational, customer satisfaction and Value Center goals.

Responsibilities:

Individual will lead and manage all human resources activities, partnering with business line and functional leaders to ensure the right people are in place and prepared to meet the challenges of the business.  Will advise, assist and consult with executive management, business line and/or functional leaders regarding organizational assessment, talent acquisition, team building, change management, performance/career management, succession planning, organizational design, work force planning, compensation, employee relations and compliance.

Requirements:

BS/BA Human Resources, or related field.  MBA or advanced degree preferred.  SPHR desired.  Requires 7+ years progressive human resources experience, preferably in mid to large-sized technology/manufacturing organizations; Demonstrated success in generalist roles helping business partners align human resources planning and business strategy; Expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, training, succession planning and compensation; Fundamental knowledge of lean concepts and the skills necessary to foster cultural change (e.g. conflict resolution, behavioral change, employee engagement and participation, motivational techniques). Must be customer-focused, proactive, positive and driven to achieve results working toward “break through” goals in a complex and challenging environment. Should have good business orientation/understanding. Software applications (MS Office, Human Resources Information Systems, etc.).
