We have an exciting Branch Manager opportunity based in Winnipeg, Manitoba managing a team of motivated sales, flex and perm consultants.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in solutions B to B sales and setting strategies that have proven results, setting targets and, managing teams to meet these targets. You must be creative in building marketing strategies that support your sales targets and have exceptional people skills. The Branch Manager is someone who is highly flexible and can drive a positive culture to process and grow success in the Edmonton branch. 

ACCOUNTABILITY'S
Reporting to the Regional Manager for Western Canada, the Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the branch to include but not be limited to:

Employee Management:
Flex Staffing Solutions, Permanent Placements; 
Effective and efficient management of the branch sales;
Net Revenue growth and profit performance;
Supervises Flexible and Permanent Recruitment Consultants, Business Development; 
Managers and Administrative Staff;
Liaise with other Branch Managers and corporate departments as required;
Ethically and professional is a representation of Drake within the Winnipeg Business 
Community;
Forecast revenue and participate in budget preparation;
Approve purchases and expenditures within their branch.

Marketing/Sales - The planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and quarterly branch marketing plans that are consistent with the overall Corporate objectives;

Service/Operational - Ensures that policies are being implemented and enforced
including such matters as general behaviour and upholding the reputation and standards 
of the company; circulating all new policies, guidelines and procedures;

Human Resources - The implementation of monitoring of the human resource strategies
for the branch ensuring that they comply with corporate policies, procedures and 
objectives to cover the hiring and selection process, on-boarding and orientation of 
staff, performance measurement and improvement procedures, disciplinary and 
termination procedures, incentive programs, create a positive and motivating 
environment and implement the WHSA;

Financial Management - Profitability and financial planning for the branch, annual 
financial forecasts, capital asset budgets, P&L management, AR, monthly and quarterly
reporting, budgetary control and minimize debt. 

QUALIFICATIONS 
A minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership role;
University experience preferred;
A solutions sales background is an asset;
Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude;
Proven Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach your team to reach their goals and
sales targets;
An analytical and strategic that is able to implement sales strategies that allow business to hit 
and surpass it's sales targets;
A proven track record in sales and revenue growth
Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work with a multiple of personalities;

Sales and Customer Focused; 
Excellent verbal written and communication skills;
Must be able to work in a demanding, fast paced, dead line oriented urgent environment.
