Salary: Market Rates Our client, are currently recruiting for a SAP IS-U FICA Consultant for a 6 month contract based in Staines.
Summary
SAP FICA within IS-U focuses on the following aspects:
- Invoicing
- Dunning / Credit Management
- FICO integration / reconciliation
- Payment plans
Summary of Job Purpose
- Compile Requirements related to FICA Module in order to convert those into Configuration / Functional Specifications
- Documentation of Configuration Rationale Documents based on the & Blueprint Documents and further discussion with the Client Team
- Configuration of FICA /Customer Service related Objects
- Documentation of Functional Specification Documents for RICEFW Objects
- Unit Testing of Configuration
- Coordinate Unit Testing of the RICEFW Objects
- Discuss Integration aspects with FICA , Finance
- Support the Data Migration by providing inputs related to FICA Objects
- Coordinate with the Testing Team to aid them in the Testing Activities
- Coordinate with the Training Team to prepare the requisite Training Materials
- Play a part in Documenting Cut Over Strategy by providing inputs from FICA Module
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the Team Effectively
- Complete the Deliverables assigned within the stipulated Timelines
- Manage Senior Client Stakeholders
- Report on Issues Impacting Project Delivery
- Conduct Workshops with regard to the Proposed Solution
Job Requirements
Key Competencies
- SAP IS-U FICA with some Billing Experience
Knowledge
- Business Master Data
- FICO reconciliation process/integration
- Invoicing processes (inc reversals)
- Collective Invoicing
- Dunning / credit management
- Reporting (inc. revenue controls)
- Payments processes and integration
- Billing and integration points
Experience
- Minimum 4 IS-U implementation cycles in FICA role and minimum 2 years in a lead support role on a large scale IS-U FICA implementation
- Experience in client facing interactions during a design/realisation phase
