Sales Operations Analyst - Global SaaS Business

My client is a global software organisation with over 3,000 employees in 15 countries. They are well recognised for their industry-defining solutions and services around the world. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team based in Reading on along term contract.

The role will include:

• You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from start to end, managing both the pre and post contractual facilitation and execution of sales resulting in high revenue
• Daily auditing and management of all contracts within the business, order entry and reporting of sales figures
• Taking full responsibility of the preparation of weekly on-going conference calls
• Regular contact with customers and high-level managers
• Report writing and analysis using CRM systems
• Providing support to the Sales team and Sales Managers within each designated region

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Sales Ops Analyst role
• Experience in auditing
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with prospects and senior level management
• Experience using CRM
• Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
