Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts
My client are a global software organisation with over 3,000 employees in 15 countries. They are well recognised for their industry-defining solutions and services around the world. Due to continued growth, this is a unique opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join the company and support their continued growth.
The role will include:
- Maintaining and developing business relationships with key enterprise accounts
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of our software products
- Responsible for managing the overall account relationship and serves as the 1st point of contact for customer
- Identifying new sales opportunities within key accounts, upselling products consistently
- Providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Liaising with all departments in the business on any customer queries
The ideal candidate will have:
- You will have previous experience managing enterprise accounts
- Direct experience with a SaaS offering
- Proven ability to develop relationships
- Ability to travel 15% of the time
- Passionate about providing a high level of customer success
