DCS Group require a Freelance Project Manager for 12 months on a £7Million apartment block cosisting of 84 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in Coventry.
Your new project will be for
A large National Main Contractor is looking for a Project Manager to run the project From Inception to Completion.
Your new role
You will be the Project Manager, reporting to the Contracts Manager
You will have a site manager a Project QS on site with you.
You will commercially minded
What you'll need to have a background in.
Student Accommodation
Asta Planning experience essential
A strong Main Contracting background of similar sized projects.
