FREELANCE QS - Bolton (Residential Housing)
Are you a Freelance Quantity Surveyor looking for an opportunity with a well-known contractor?
THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a Freelance QS to join a highly regarded Civil engineering Organisation in the North West area.
You will be looking after multiple residential schemes.
The client is looking for a site based QS to assist with the application payments among other duties.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have residential Housing experience and be keen to come in and get the job done to a strong standard.
You will be personable, enthusiastic, demonstrate excellent client skills with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure within a busy team.
