DCS Group require Freelance Housing managers in Warrington, Liverpool and Manchester.
Your new project will be for
A Main Contractor is looking for Freelance site Manager to run housing projects for the next few months, the company has specifically said if the right candidate goes to site they have other jobs they can move them to so they have work to follow on from these projects.
Your new role
You will be the no1 site manager, reporting to the Project Manager
You will have a Project QS on site with you.
You must have 6 months experience as an no1 housing site manager and be fully aware of the NHBC standards.
What you'll need to have a background in.
Residential projects.
