DCS Group require a Freelance Finishing Manager for a project in Manchester, This project is a high rise apartment build and I need a well skilled finishing manager, who can go onto site and oversee the completion of the project up until the final snagging and handover.
Your new project will be for
A Main Contractor is looking for a Freelance finishing site Manager to oversee all of the final finishings on site.
Your new role
You will be the fiishing site manager, reporting to the Project Manager
You will commercially minded
You must have 6 months experience Managing Sites
You must have experience of finishing off a project on site to Handover.
What you'll need to have a background in.
Extensive backgroud in finishing for a Main contractor
A strong Main Contracting background of similar sized projects.
