About the role
The ideal Site Manager must have:
Have Main Contractor experience with commercial build, education or healthcare and high rise or residential.
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Leadership skills.
Procurement Experience
The project is a £20m+ Multi-Storey residential project with Concrete Frame split into 3 Phases.
