A vacancy has arisen for an Adults Social Worker with Mental Health experience within an established mental health service in the Calderdale area.
To be considered for this position it is required that you hold at least two years post qualified experience, ideally within a mental health team. It would also be beneficial if you have previously worked on multiple case loads.
Due to the nature of the role it is a requirement that you hold a social work qualification and are registered with HCPC . The position will also be subject to a full DBS check.
Main responsibilities ion the role will include:
- Working with adults with mental health issues.
- Work with a range of professionals such as Occupational therapists, physiotherapists and day centres
- Reviewing current care plans and changing if necessary to promote recovery with adults from 18 years old +
- Performing regular assessments
