Interact with customers via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Customer Service oriented position with lots of outbound calling contacting merchants and sales reps regarding their Point of Sale order. Any candidate that has been through T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. call center training is an ideal candidate as they have a blend of customer services skills, tech skills & adminstrative skills. Job Responsibilites: database entry, customer service, review orders w/customers to ensure accuracy & support, knowledge of proprietary software, effective interdepartmental communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bilingual English/Spanish. IT or technical experience a strong plus.
