HR Systems Project Manager
Project manage the migration from various business units over to the core successfactors system.
Details;
- Sydney based
- 6 month contract
Role responsibilities;
- Manage the delivery of the migration
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders
- Review all proposed solutions
- Advise the best solutions
- Manage the vendor and onsite team
- Assist with the change management
- Some travel to Brisbane will be needed
Essential requirements:
- Knowledge of successfactors EC
- Knowledge of other HR systems (Kronos for example)
- Previous HR experience running large programs
- Excellent stake holder engagement
- A strong track record
- Has demonstrated a strong change management focus delivering efficiencies and sustainable change
- An excellent understanding of industry standard project management practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
