Our client, a leading social housing contractor based in the North West require experienced Site Managers to oversee a mixture of kitchen and bathroom renewal schemes, re-roofing programmes and window/door replacement contracts across the North West and North Wales
The successful applicant will:
- Project manage all works on site
- Supervise all direct labour and sub-contractors on site
- Ensure the company continually works within all Health & Safety guidelines and remain fully compliant at all times
- Keep up to date with changes to legislation, accreditation and advise on necessary changes in working practices
- Share good practice gained through operational experience with all staff on site
The following are all important to carrying out the role successfully
- CSCS Supervisor card
- First Aid training
- SMSTS is essential
- Social Housing experience
Successful applicants will have a proven track record of carrying out a similar role for a building contractor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
You will have a full, clean UK driving licence
