A 6-month fixed term contract for a Sales Administration position is available at a well-established business in the Malton North Yorkshire area with benefits such as Monday to Friday hours with an opportunity for the role to become permanent. This role is a non-sales role and doesn’t require any selling.

Job Role:
- Speaking and liaising with new customers who have previously purchased a product
- Building relationship with existing and new customers
- Preparing and processing quotations
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered when the customer is choosing their marketing campaigns and products
- Working to deadlines in making sure customers’ orders are fulfilled within certain time frames whilst liaising with other internal teams
- Excel reporting
- General Administration

Sales Administration, Customer Service, Account Management, Telephone-based roles and Administration.

The Benefits:

- Monday to Friday – no weekends
