THE POSITION:
Castle Business Support are looking for a full time Student Services Advisor for a company based in Scarborough within the Education sector. This is a temporary contract.
You will work within a team of advisors providing a high-level range of support services for students and staff. Each Advisor will be required to provide support in the following areas:
Student enquiries
· Admissions
· Financial support
· Travel
· Reception
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Administration and customer service experience
- IT literate
- Experience of working within a team
- Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
