THE POSITION:
Castle Business Support are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor within the Manufacturing sector based for our client in Scarborough.
The role will be to provide a high level of customer service support to the business. You will be working in a fast paced environment dealing with customer enquiries, taking and fielding calls and responding to emails.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of working within an office based customer service role, be able to prioritise your work load and be well organised with excellent communication skills.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous office customer service experience
- Organised with good communication skills
- Deliver a high level of customer service
