Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor (BK3490) Driffield, England

Salary: GBP7.83 - GBP7.83 per hour

Castle Business Support are looking for full time Customer Service Advisors within the Driffield area.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.

Duties will include taking incoming calls on the customer service lines and achieve daily call and processing targets. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email, authorising refunds for customers, ensuring accurate records are kept of communications with customers and keeping up to date with new developments in customer service.

You will be target focused and self-motivated, possess excellent customer service skills and a good level of IT literacy. You will be well presented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail as well as speed and accuracy will also be essential for this role. 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous retail, customer service, administration experience
  • Smart and well presented
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Hours: Rotational shifts working 5 days over 7. Shifts ranging between Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat 8am - 5pm and Sun 9am - 4pm.
