Castle Business Support have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Account Manager within the retail sector based for our client in the Scarborough area. This is a temporary opportunity initially but could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
The role will be to provide excellent customer service support to the business. To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of working within a customer service environment dealing with customers both over the phone and by email and be able to see queries from the customer’s point of view always putting the customer first.
Other duties will include:
- Responsible for key accounts
- Overseeing the whole process including answering any enquiries and complaints, investigating and solving customer's problems. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email.
- Ensuring accurate records are kept of communications with customers and systems are kept up to date.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in customer service.
- Liaising with internal departments regarding stock queries, logistics, invoicing
- Completing returns paperwork.
You will be well organised with excellent communication skills. You must have a positive attitude to your work and have have good time keeping.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous customer service or account management experience
- Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
- Organised and process driven, confident in their work
