Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Scarborough. This is a temporary cover role.
You will be working within a fast-paced Customer Service department supporting the team with administration, answering and fielding calls, data inputting and customer returns.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Confident communication and IT skills
- Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
