Customer Service Advisor (VC5081) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP19000 - GBP19000 per annum

The Position:

Castle Business Support are currently recruiting for Permanent Customer Service Advisor’s to join a fast paced and growing Digital Advertising organisation in the Scarborough area. 

This is a unique role that requires a high level of customer service and all centre experience with the ability to manage and deliver a high-end customer experience while meeting and maintaining company KPIS and procedures. Managing a portfolio of customers at various stages in the production process and managing expectations of customers.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have previous account management experience, excellent communication and IT skills and can deliver a high level of customer service at all times.

 Requirements:

  • Call Centre experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service telephony skills
  • Good knowledge of social-media
  • Excellent IT skills, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Resilience & initiative
  • Good organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Good Diary management
