Receptionist (VC7999) Scarborough, England
Castle Business Support are looking for a Receptionist for a company based in Scarborough. This is a 12 months fixed term contract with an immediate start.
The role will be to provide customer service on the reception area, using in-house systems and following internal process and co-ordinating and preparing marketing packs. You will also be assisting with administrative duties and be a support to the internal teams and any visitors of the business as well as overseas agents
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience working within a similar role, have previous customer service experience, be personable and possess excellent communication skills as well as a professional attitude.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Administration and Front of house duties
- Answering Switchboard and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting any visitors
- Signing in visitors
- Using Outlook to book meetings/appointments
- General admin duties
- Liaising with internal departments i.e Accounts, Marketing, Compliance
- Must be able to handle sensitive situations
- Excellent organisational and written and oral communication skills
