Property Sourcer (BK3428) Scarborough, England
The Position:
Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Property Sourcer to join a fast-growing property specialist. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity.
This role is to support the Property Purchase Administrator by booking appointments with Estate Agents to view properties and co-ordinating those appointments with the Agents who will go and view those properties. You will manage spreadsheets and Google calendars to ensure everyone is kept updated and informed and will use your own initiative to reschedule bookings to get as many properties viewed as possible. You will also be responsible for leads testing rental properties, to establish if an area is appropriate for us to buy properties in.
Depending on workload, you may be required to carry out other duties in our Property Sourcing role, including the calculation of appropriate pricing structures.
Requirements:
- Task based person who can work independently, using their own initiative.
- You will be focused, work quickly and accurately and is driven by producing quality output, not accepting second best.
- Working from a spreadsheet to identify properties that we would like to view
- Contacting and dealing with Estate Agents to organise viewings
- Booking viewings in Google calendars for our viewing Agents
- Co-ordinating all calendars to maximise effectiveness and minimise costs
- Managing rental leads tests for areas identified by the Property Purchase Administrator
- Supporting the Property Purchase Administrator
