Customer Services Account Manager (BK2961) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP8.5 - GBP8.5 per hour

Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Account Manager for a business based in the Scarborough area. This is a temporary role initially but could go permanent for the right candidate.

You will be working within a fast-paced Customer Service department speaking with regular customers both on the telephone and by email.

The role will consist of covering the whole process and fulfilment of the order whilst keeping systems updated. You will also be liaising with internal teams regarding invoices, co-ordinating all transport and shipping and forecasting and planning.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience
  • Confident communication and IT skills
  • Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
