HR Administrator

HR Administrator (BK3399) Scarborough, England

The Position:

Castle Business Support are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator within the Manufacturing sector based for our client in Scarborough.

The role will be to Provide effective administration support to HR the business.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of working within a HR role, be able to prioritise your work load and be well organised with excellent communication skills.

 

Duties:

 

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
  • Processing new files and starters
  • Updating contracts and confidential documentation
  • Sending out reference requests
  • Workshop preparation for HR
  • Booking meeting rooms using outlook
  • Updating Excel files accordingly

 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Previous telephone customer service experience
  • Computer literate, able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
