Customer Service Admin

Customer Service Admin (BK3253) Whitby, England

The Position:

Castle Business Support are looking for a customer service administrator to join a well-established Insurance company based in the Yorkshire coast area. This is a temporary contract for 3 months and is to support the customer service team in servicing existing clients and generating new business.

The role will require an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach

Duties:

  • Handle client queries regarding products and services
  • Process and analyse data to support business objectives
  • Accurately prepare and issue documentation
  • Prepare reports and market research
  • General office administration
  • Participate in meetings
  • Maintain and develop relationships both internally and externally
  • Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Can work well within a team environment

The Benefits:

  • Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
