Customer Service Advisor (BK 3490) Driffield, England

Salary: GBP7.83 - GBP7.83 per hour

Castle Business Support are looking for temporary full time Customer Service Advisor’s to support a fast-moving durable goods business within the Driffield area.  This opportunity is with an immediate start.

Our client is looking to expand and develop their team with the opportunity to become permanent and progress within the business. 

Duties will include taking incoming calls on the customer service lines and achieve daily call and processing targets. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email, authorising refunds for customers, ensuring accurate records are kept of communications with customers and keeping up to date with new developments in customer service.

You will be target focused and self-motivated, possess excellent customer service skills and a good level of IT literacy. You will be well presented with strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail as well as speed and accuracy will also be essential for this role. 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of internal IT systems
  • Smart and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of written English spelling and grammar
  • Target driven
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Hours: Shifts between Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat 8am - 5pm and Sun 9am - 5pm.
