Salary: GBP8.21 - GBP8.21 per hour

Castle Business Support are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a company based in Malton. This is a temporary role for 6 months with an immediate start.

The role will be to work within the Customer Service department inputting and processing orders and resolving any issues or queries.

To be considered for this role you will need previous office-based customer service experience, hardworking and can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Data inputting orders, processing and checking the details of resolving any issues or queries
  • Answering day to day enquiries
  • Co-ordination of orders by telephone and email
  • Responding accordingly to any issues to minimise any disruption or delay
  • Logging of complaints
