Ecommerce Sales & Marketing (BK3253) Scarborough, England
The Position:
Castle Business Support are looking for an Ecommerce Sales & Marketing assistant to join a well established marketing company based in the Scarborough area. This is initially a temporary contract but for the right candidate will go permanent.
The role is to support the Marketing team and help increase online sales of marketing services the company provides.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience working within a similar role, possess excellent communication and IT skills as well as strong attention to detail and professional attitude.
Duties:
- Create and update online products on internal websites
- Generate and update website content and improve user experience
- Build and find new ways to drive traffic and sales
- Schedule and send marketing campaigns
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints, investigating and solving customers' problems
- Data input into internal CRM, record and report sales
- Assist Sales Team with any general tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Previous copy-writing experience
- Good analytical skills & understanding
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage own workload

- Marketing sector – established for over 10 years

- Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
