Customer Service Advisor (BK2685) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP9.25 - GBP9.25 per hour

Castle Business Support are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Scarborough.

This is a temporary ongoing month by month contract where you will receive a wide range of enquiries over the telephone, face to face, by digital methods or any other method by which customers can access services and will need to be able to deal with the enquiries in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner with a customer centric approach.

The right candidate will need to efficiently utilise existing systems and processes in order to provide accurate information to the customers and maintain consistently high levels of answering queries at the first point of contact.

 

Receive and deal with a range of enquiries by a number of access methods and deal with the enquiry at the first point of contact or where necessary direct enquiries to the appropriate officer, department or other relevant authorities.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be able to deal sensitively with information and maintain client and departmental confidentiality
  • To be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • To be able work on several tasks at one time
  • An ability to use own initiative to prioritise workload
