| Salary: | GBP18000 - GBP22000 per annum + OTE |
Castle Employment Group are now looking to expand and recruit a recruitment consultant to join one of our very established teams. The role is very fast paced and involves lots of multi-tasking and prioritising, you are expected to work on your own initiative and plan your work in line with your client and candidate demands. Speed is often really key but having the ability to work with very good attention to detail is paramount.
THE ROLE:
- Account manage your current and existing client base
- Establish new clients and use various sales techniques to win the business
- Meet and interview candidates in line with division
- Be creative on ways to attract candidates through social media methods
- Meeting set KPI’s
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Work at pace and be able to work under pressure
- Very organised and work methodically
- Be able to use social networking media to increase candidate attraction and client interaction
- Have the ability to work outside of core hours when required
- Deliver against set KPI’s
- Clean driving licence
