TV Account Manager - with language skills
The Opportunity
Working for a leading TV Production agency this is a fabulous role for a TV Account Manager to manage end-to-end TV production projects on a global scale. You will be working across multiple brands and you will own your own projects from start to finish, dealing internally with TV, Voice-Over and print departments as well as liaising with the client throughout the process. You will need to speak at least one additional language to English.
The Job
- Taking full ownership of projects for brands and international markets
- Raising any requests from local markets not in line with brand guidelines
- Understanding different market needs and specifications in order to cater them correctly
- Succinct briefing of new projects to the production teams
- Immediately flagging any issues with clients and/or projects (e.g. missed deliveries)
- Responsible for updating status doc on daily basis
- Billing as soon as the project is complete
- Building great working relationships with clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
The Person
- Ideally a background in TV production and transcreation / adaptation / localisation
- You will need to speak at least one additional language to English
- Have a willingness to ensure that client expectations are met/exceeded at all times
- Have a flexible, eager and can-do attitude
- Be highly organised with great attention to detail
