The Opportunity

The Project Executive role is suited to someone with 1-2 years working experience that has enthusiasm, drive, great attention to detail and some first-hand project management experience to offer. This boutique agency is after someone special; someone who can add value and reinforce their already dynamic project management team.
The Role
- Help with day-to-day project management, supporting the Project Lead and Ops Manager
- Contribute to pitches, proposals and project documentation
- Assist with budgets, schedules and project administration
- Work with the team in helping secure any additional resource requirements
- Support the management and logistics of project deliveries
- Ensure quality standards are upheld in line with company guidelines
- Continually look into ways to improve project management processes
The Person
- 1-2 years working experience
- Some experience within project management
- Highly organised with good planning skills
- Quality focused with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet
