The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has come up for a CRM Executive to join a leading global business. You will be tasked with implementing and delivering lifecycle communications to an already established client-base as well promotional communications and campaigns. It’s working with a team size of around 12, offers great benefits and an annual bonus and has great opportunities to develop and self-improve on a professional level.
The Role
- Help support the roll out of global CRM programmes, using email, SMS, push, and in-app messages
- Work with 3rd party email service provider, monitoring and tracking all global sends
- Raise incidents, escalate any issues to the team and see through to resolution
- Run tests to ensure that programmes and content are running and rendering well across multiple devices
- Work with the web team and ensure all URL’s are driving traffic to the correct website pages
- Work with the marketing tech team to overcome technical hurdles and increase efficiencies
- Work closely with CRM colleagues based in other offices in global locations
- Ensure that all global email content is regularly and accurately updated as necessary
- Produce regular analysis on email campaigns and report this information
- Make recommendations for process improvements
The Person
- 2+ years CRM experience
- Experience of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Exact Target or another ESP
- Experience of using Swrve or an alternative mobile messaging platform (desirable)
- Dreamweaver or HTML coding experience (desirable)
- Experience of email marketing, including reporting, database management and email sends
- Experience in client data selections and segmentation (desirable)
