Senior Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

A truly fantastic opportunity has come up for a Senior Marketing Manager to work for this leading global company, headquartered in central London. You will be tasked with playing a leading role in the planning, delivery and evaluation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

The Role

• Developing and maintaining the annual marketing plan – encompassing brand, acquisition and retention, across a variety of channels and propositions
• Leading the way in ensuring the plan is implemented across all channels, building strong relationships with acquisition, creative, email, social, sales, PR, events and website teams
• Planning, managing and reporting on spend across multiple marketing budgets, driving optimal performance/ROI by providing clear and consistent management information
• Owning major integrated campaigns from start to finish – writing the strategy, overseeing delivery, reporting on performance
• Managing successful commercial relationships with supplier agencies and marketing partners
• Drawing on internal and external research and data to inform and improve marketing planning and reporting
• Inspiring and coaching junior marketing and campaign managers to excel in their roles

The Person

• 7+ years marketing experience, with a track record of planning and delivering effective integrated campaigns
• Strong experience of media buying and working with agencies
• Experience of working with large, complex datasets to develop strategy and report on performance
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and experience working within a multi-disciplinary matrix environment
• Confident, driven and enthusiastic leader, with a resilient, ‘get-it-done’ philosophy
• Experience of leading and/or managing a team (desirable)
