Copywriter
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for a Midweight Copywriter looking for their next challenge or a Junior Copywriter who feels ready to progress to the next stage of their copywriting career. They are looking for a B2C Copywriter to support senior members of their team in creating engaging and on-brand copy for their marketing communications.
The Role
- To produce compelling and persuasive copy that is on-brand with house style and brand guidelines
- To write email, web, advertising, social, educational and script content as required
- To support senior copywriters by taking ownership of day-to-day tasks
- To take feedback on board and edit drafts where necessary
- To edit and proof supplied content for tone, accuracy and house style
- To interpret briefs and turn them into creative ideas and engaging executions
- To work with other copywriters, designers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, integrated campaigns on time and on brand
- To understand and promote the key principles of copywriting best practice
- To thoroughly proofread all copy to check it is factually and grammatically correct
The Person
- 2-3 years Copywriting experience within a commercial environment
- Excellent writing ability, with a strong eye for detail and a desire for perfection
- A motivated multi-tasker, able to work individually and as part of a team
- Organised and efficient, with the capability to write within tight guidelines/constraints
- Some knowledge of HTML (desirable)
