Senior Community Manager / Content Strategy
The Opportunity
How would you like to head up the content strategy and user experience for a true leader within the entertainment world? Sound cool right? Well we’re on the lookout for that 'somebody special'; somebody who can light up their community with an enriching blog full of editorial and content that pushes the boundary in every sense.
The Role
- Define the blog channel in terms of vision, mission, strategy and goal
- Analyse the channel UX (navigation, content structure, features etc.) to improve usability
- Adopt a test & learn approach, always trying new and innovative ideas for content
- Align content to compliment campaigns throughout the year
- Brief content ideas into the Editorial & Content Production team
- Manage article requests from different departments within the company
- Create a network of trusted influencing bloggers to work closely with
- Work with international offices to ensure blog strategy is adopted by local markets
The Person
- Proven experience managing a sizeable blog channel (ideally on a global level)
- Proven experience working in a role leading a content strategy
- Creatively minded with an ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
