Located on the Southbank within beautiful, luxury offices you will have a varied and important part to play in the agency.

What you’ll be up to…

  • Sourcing candidates from a wide range of channels including database search, referrals, headhunting and applications
  • Conducting initial candidate screening calls to promote vacancies, gain a deeper understanding of candidates, update candidate records, measure interest in specific roles and screen for suitability
  • Arranging and conducting 1-to-1 candidate registration meetings
  • Preparing candidate CV's and offering informed advice for interviews
  • Submitting candidates to clients and taking the process on from there
  • Coordinating interviews, taking feedback and negotiating offers
  • Creating job adverts and posting on various jobs boards
  • Research and network building on an ongoing basis
  • Writing and sharing content on social media platforms
  • Ensuring systems are adhered to and recommending new methods where appropriate
  • Providing general support to the Head of Recruitment and Managing Director

What skills and experience you’ll need to have...

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Sales/Recruitment environment
  • Recent graduate
  • Outgoing, driven and personable character
  • A fantastic communicator with a love for meeting new people
  • Knowledge of the Creative/ Broadcast Media space (advantageous)
  • A cracking sense of humour (essential)
