The Opportunity

An ambitious and dynamic CRM Manager is needed for this global leading company to support the Head of CRM and manage 4 CRM Executives. It’s 3 way role in terms of being a leader, a strategist, and an operational lead. The Role

  • Implement promotional communications via email, SMS, push & in-app
  • Drive the promotional customer contact strategy
  • Define and design customer journeys to support the strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams to define tech requirements for delivery
  • Analyse campaign performance and look to optimise
  • Manage external email acquisition agency
  • Work closely with the Ops team to ensure that data selections are clear and well defined

The Person

  • 5+ years in email, customer and data-driven marketing
  • Operational, strategic and leadership experience needed
  • Experience in using ESP platforms & Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Motivated and goal oriented
  • Analytical with the ability to derive valuable insights and analysis

The Location

Central London (zone 1)

The Package

£50,000 - £55,000 + bonuses + excellent benefits
