CRM Coordinator
The Opportunity
A really exciting CRM opportunity for an exceptional aspiring marketer looking to join a vibrant marketing team within this enviable international company. It’s an ideal role for someone who has 1-2 years CRM / email marketing experience looking to learn fast and progress within the team. Pro-activeness, highly organised and deeply analytical are buzzwords you will need to have in abundance.
You will be in constant contact with a variety of different departments across the business, both in the UK and globally, to ensure campaigns are delivered to high standards in a timely manner. You will also be required to do some analysis of campaigns and create different email and paid media audiences.
The Role
- Develop, coordinate and execute email campaigns to support and drive marketing objectives
- Collect campaign requirements and discuss brief with marketing teams
- Liaise with creative team to develop email content, and development team to deliver projects
- Define target audiences utilising Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Analyse email campaigns using internal reporting tools and run regular A/B tests
- Support the activation and monitoring of different Paid Media and Email Automation audiences
- Support the CRM team with varied projects where required
The Person
- A minimum of 1-2 years CRM / Email Marketing experience
- Experience in end to end campaign coordination
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (advantageous, not essential)
- Knowledge of HTML/SQL and coding (advantageous, not essential)
- Extremely organised - you are able to prioritise a busy and varied schedule
- Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to find and troubleshoot issues
- A strong communicator with proven interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships
- A resourceful, motivated, pro-active and autonomous individual
