Post Production Manager – Versioning / Customisation
The Opportunity
A wonderful opportunity to join this leading international broadcaster as their Versioning Production Manager. You will be responsible for leading a production team to manage and deliver multiple versioning projects worldwide, alongside budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking for the department. Please note this is a maternity contract with a likely 9-12 months period. The opportunity to work beyond this date is high.
The Role
- Create and manage budgets and schedules for versioning and production projects
- Provide monthly cost estimates and budget and volume summaries to finance
- Manage the trackers detailing what projects are live and what the latest status is
- Provide forecasts, budget and accrual information
- Raise PO’s and process invoices
- Oversee the set-up of shoots including booking crew, travel, permits, call sheets etc
- Liaise with external production companies where necessary
- Ensure contracts are issued for external talent (e.g. voice over artists)
- Manage music reporting and input into Soundmouse
- Provide analysis of system workflows

- Production management experience
- Broadcast operation experience
- Versioning / international delivery experience
- Commercial metrics and budgeting experience
- Team leadership experience
- Personable, engaging with great communication and influencing skills
