TV Administrator / Business Affairs Executive
The Opportunity
Working for a dynamic production agency in the heart of Soho, this is a great opportunity for a TV Administrator / Broadcast Administrator / Business Affairs Executive to join an expanding TV Administration department. You will be expected to manage a busy International TV admin department, understanding the complexities of how a TVC meets the requirements of each global market.
The Role
- Attend project status meetings to get an indication of delivery dates and project timings
- Obtain media schedules from the project teams
- Obtain all the necessary clearance information
- Submit clearances for TCV's to local and international markets through Clearcast or the like
- Provide script copy when masters are supplied with no script
- Keep on top of centralised management artists and usages contracts
- Obtain usage details ensuring they cover the period of intended use
- Arrange visual and music licensing when it has lapsed or does not exist for that local market
- Coordinate delivery with Bookings and Edit Assistant
- Supply rotations and consignment notes for all TV and Radio playout
The Person
- 12 months + in a similar position (TV Administrator / Broadcast Administrator / Business Affairs Executive)
- Knowledge of UK and International clearance bodies and processes
- Highly efficient, self-motivated and organised
- Team player
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight turnaround times

Central London (zone 1)
The Package
£20,000- £25,000 + excellent benefits (dependant on experience)
